Demand growth in X’s core business segment has exceeded projections, supporting an optimistic 2024 stock price forecast. Analysts note that a recently announced strategic acquisition may further enhance revenue streams. CEO Simon Gerovich revealed that in Q3 the firm pulled in ¥2.438 billion ($16.56 million) from its Bitcoin Income Generation segment. This was more than double the ¥1.131 billion (7.69 million) recorded in Q2. Furthermore, when compared to Q1, the firm’s revenue has a notable 216.6% increase. In today’s trade routes, it is Brazil that meets China’s demand for these materials, which explains the consensus price target of $55 for Ternium stock today, implying a net upside of as much as 87.5% from where it trades today. More than that, management is so confident about the company's future that they’ve kept a $1.80 per share dividend payout. Sector-wide rotation from cyclical to growth equities has strengthened demand for X. Forecast models incorporating macroeconomic recovery scenarios place the stock’s fair value between $59 and $63 in the near term.
