Nearly 40% of Gen Z employees maintain side hustles, not out of passion, but out of necessity to pay their bills, and some have turned their side gigs into six-figure salary businesses and long-term wealth. Finally, we are at my all-time favorite side hustle — blogging and content creation. I created my blog in between back-back-layoffs in 2017 as a creative outlet.
