Additionally, Sage Capital provides risk management, including access to a non-custodial trading venue supported by a central clearing house and protective mechanisms including bankruptcy-remote client segregated accounts. Kal Chan, head of institutions at EDXM International, says: “Sage Capital is a rapidly growing digital asset prime broker, recognised for delivering secure, seamless, and compliant access to the digital asset market. “We are pleased to welcome them as a member of EDXM International and look forward to working together to provide reliable liquidity solutions while further expanding our institutional client base.” Nathan Sage, CEO of Sage Capital, adds: “Our partnership with EDXM International reinforces our strategy of providing institutional clients with high quality access to digital asset markets.” The move is backed by a number of firms including Citadel Securities, Fidelity Digital Assets, Charles Schwab, Virtu Financial, as well as Sequoia Capital and Pantera Capital. EDXM International is a purpose-built exchange offering capital and cost-efficient crypto trading and deep liquidity.
