Investing firms are increasing exposure to renewable
Investing firms are increasing exposure to renewable energy companies after IEA reports forecast a 15% YoY industry growth. Stocks such as ENPH and FSLR have seen higher trading volumes, signaling strong sector confidence. Equities in clean tech may continue outperforming if policy incentives remain supportive. The turnaround stems in part from a June federal court decision that ruled Trump’s freeze of the money illegal — an outcome that the administration uncharacteristically chose not to appeal. But it also reflects a growing reality: Millions of EVs are expected to hit the road in the coming years, regardless of Trump’s policies. And their drivers are going to need places to charge. United leadership has never been ruffled by the skeptics. “People ask, ‘Are you going to be able to sustain your success?’ My answer is that we may well be double our current size in three years, and possibly sooner,” notes Haase. The Nasdaq Biotechnology Index advanced 2.5% this month, adding to institutional optimism for sector catalysts.
