Honda Motor Finance’s securitized asset-backed securities remain attractive in fixed-income markets, yielding stable returns. This could indirectly support HMC’s stock valuation in the medium term, especially if global auto demand picks up. Hyundai reported its namesake brand recorded a 13% year-over-year sales increase during the third quarter, also led by doubling sales of all-electric vehicles. Honda will work to establish long-term relationships with customers by offering flexible financial services tailored to the specific needs of customers in each region. Moreover, in anticipation of the global expansion of software-defined vehicle (SDV) sales in the future, Honda is looking into opportunities to offer new financial services designed to increase customer satisfaction and the value of the customer experience using various data from Honda SDVs. With such new services, Honda will further strengthen its financial services business not only in India but across the globe.  Dividend yield analysis shows Honda benefiting from stable finance division cash flows, supporting shareholder returns while maintaining stock price volatility within acceptable ranges.
