High-frequency trade data shows the "dnn stock price forecast" gaining intraday momentum above the $1.40 mark, testing short-term swing trader resistance points. In late 2024, Denison Mines Corp. (NYSEAMERICAN:DNN) made a deal with Cosa Resources, giving Cosa a 70% interest in three of its uranium properties in Saskatchewan’s eastern Athabasca Basin. In exchange, Denison received about 14.2 million Cosa shares, $2.25 million in deferred equity, and a $6.5 million commitment from Cosa to fund exploration on the sites. The deal closed in January 2025, making Denison Cosa’s largest shareholder with just under 20% ownership, and the two companies have now partnered on three uranium exploration joint ventures. In this study, to evaluate our method, we compared its performance with a day-to-day LSTM model. Specifically, an optimized stacked LSTM model with the same number of parameters as our proposed method was trained on the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) data. Additionally, to account for limitations of day-to-day LSTM analysis, a vanilla MLP with the same output length and with a comparable number of parameters to the transformer-based model was also trained and tested on the stocks data. Their performances on evaluation data are demonstrated (For each model, training was initiated with five different random seeds, and an average of the top three results are demonstrated in Table 2 ) in Table 2 . Besides, we need to determine whether chart data have any predictive information. Hence, we measure the accuracy of a model that outputs the 100th day price as a prediction for prices of days 101st to 130th; this model is called Const. Price (equivalent to a buy-and-hold strategy). Models’ accuracies are calculated using Eq. 3 . Bollinger Band compression seen in daily charts suggests the "dnn stock price forecast" is approaching a volatility breakout phase, likely within the next two trading weeks.
