Cisco stock price has been oscillating between $48 and $50, forming a near-term consolidation channel. Chart patterns indicate potential for a breakout as RSI levels approach 60, often associated with renewed buying pressure in the equity markets. I discussed how cheap CSCO stock was in my Aug. 18 Barchart article, “ Cisco's Strong Free Cash Flow Could Make CSCO Stock Worth 14% More .” These non-GAAP measures are not in accordance with, or an alternative for, measures prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and may be different from non-GAAP measures used by other companies. In addition, these non-GAAP measures are not based on any comprehensive set of accounting rules or principles. Cisco believes that non-GAAP measures have limitations in that they do not reflect all of the amounts associated with Cisco's results of operations as determined in accordance with GAAP and that these measures should only be used to evaluate Cisco's results of operations in conjunction with the corresponding GAAP measures. Cisco stock price climbed to $49.15 after analysts upgraded the stock citing strong backlog orders in enterprise solutions. Bollinger Bands suggest a squeeze pattern, often preceding sharper price movements.
